The experience is family-friendly and engaging for children aged 6 and up. Access is not recommended for minors under this age, as the virtual reality glasses could be too big for them, which would make the activity difficult. In addition, the part of the experience with virtual reality glasses lasts approximately 35 minutes, during which minors will not be under the direct supervision of their companions.
Yes, it is perfect to enjoy with the entire family! The Tomorrowland Immersive experience is recommended for children ages 6 and up. Minors between 6 and 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. During the virtual reality portion, each adult must hold hands with the children, with a maximum of 2 children per adult.
Minors under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. However, young people between 14 and 18 years old can access without adult supervision.
Yes, proof of age will be required for a selection of tickets.
If you have discounted tickets for people with disabilities, a youth card or a large or single-parent family card, you must prove that you meet the requirements of these groups with the corresponding card.
Tickets are available at the box office or in the online ticket shop. It is recommended that you take advantage of Mondays and Tuesday, which are the spectator days with reduced prices for everyone.
Yes, you are able to purchase tickets for the next available session at the Box Office, as long as there is space. In case you prefer a specific time and/or date, it is recommended to buy your tickets upfront.

Currently, the only accepted payment method is by credit or debit card both to purchase tickets and to purchase in-store to purchase merchandise. Cash payments are not possible.

No, access with baby strollers is not allowed. The immersive Tomorrowland experience includes a 35-minute virtual reality section, which would involve leaving the baby or children under 6 years old without proper supervision.

1. The use of Virtual Reality equipment and participation in multi-user Virtual Reality experiences entail a potential risk of personal injuries. This should be taken into account by individuals with limited or reduced mobility that may directly or indirectly affect their movements or reaction to motion, even if only temporarily (e.g., sports injuries).
2. Individuals with reduced mobility are welcome to participate in the experience, but it is suggested that they do so in the company of another person to ensure their safety.
3. Since this experience is immersive, it may cause dizziness or imbalance on occasion. We recommend that you be prepared for these possible sensations and follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.
4. It is strongly recommended that pregnant women, individuals with cardiovascular conditions, respiratory problems, vision abnormalities, psychiatric disorders, psychological disorders, or high sensitivity, disorders affecting the sense of balance, limited visual capacity, or other medical conditions with similar pathologies and characteristics, avoid participating in this experience. This includes individuals with Alzheimer's, those with implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, hearing aids, and defibrillators, as well as those who suffer from epilepsy or have a history of seizures and loss of consciousness, or in general, those with health problems.
5. Participation in this experience is not recommended for children under 6 years old.
6. Participation in this experience is not allowed for individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
7. All visitors who choose to participate in the simulation activities offered by The Great Library of Tomorrow do so at their own risk. Each visitor must take full responsibility for their participation and assess their own medical fitness.
