Where can I experience The Tomorrowland Immersive Experience?

After a first journey in Barcelona, The Tomorrowland Immersive Experience will open doors in Madrid (Spain) as of October 25 at the iconic Wizink Center.

What is the duration of the experience?

What is the minimum age required to attend the experience?

The experience is family-friendly and engaging for children aged 6 and up.

Is the experience appropriate for children?

Can individuals under 18 enter without adult supervision?

No, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult.

Do I need to show my proof of identity to buy a ticket?

yes, proof of age will be required for a selection of tickets.

Where can I purchase a ticket?

Tickets are available via the ticket shop or at the box office.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Yes, you are able to purchase tickets for the next available moment. In case you prefer a specific time and/or date, it is recommended to buy your tickets upfront.

What should I do if I can't find my confirmation email?

Can I cancel my ticket after purchase?

According to the purchase policy, changes or returns are not allowed.

Can I display the ticket on my smartphone or tablet?

It is preferable to carry the tickets on a digital device where the barcode is displayed clearly.

What are the opening hours?

The Tomorrowland Immersive Experience is open from Monday to Sunday. The specific hours can be found on the homepage of our website or on our ticket shop.

Is it important to arrive on time?

You can enter up to 15 minutes later than your booked timeslot.

Experiencing VR for the first time can be exciting and a bit overwhelming, but don’t worry—it's designed to be intuitive and enjoyable. You'll quickly get the hang of it, and the immersive world will feel natural before you know it. Just relax, have fun, and remember that it’s all about exploring new experiences. Can we take pictures and/or videos at the experience?

Yes, pictures and videos are allowed, and even encouraged to share with your friends & family.

Is the experience safe for someone with epilepsy?

We do not recommend people with epilepsy to participate in The Tomorrowland Immersive Experience.

Are pets allowed at the experience?

Pets are not permitted at the experience.

Can I use the VR headset while wearing regular glasses?

Yes, you can wear the VR headset over your regular glasses.

Safety rules & precautions

Our commitment is to ensure the safety of all our visitors and minimize any risk of injuries during their experience. Therefore, please read carefully and take into account these safety rules and access guidelines for this immersive experience.
1. The use of Virtual Reality equipment and participation in multi-user Virtual Reality experiences entail a potential risk of personal injuries. This should be taken into account by individuals with limited or reduced mobility that may directly or indirectly affect their movements or reaction to motion, even if only temporarily (e.g., sports injuries).

2. Individuals with reduced mobility are welcome to participate in the experience, but it is suggested that they do so in the company of another person to ensure their safety.

3. Since this experience is immersive, it may cause dizziness or imbalance on occasion. We recommend that you be prepared for these possible sensations and follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

4. It is strongly recommended that pregnant women, individuals with cardiovascular conditions, respiratory problems, vision abnormalities, psychiatric disorders, psychological disorders, or high sensitivity, disorders affecting the sense of balance, limited visual capacity, or other medical conditions with similar pathologies and characteristics, avoid participating in this experience. This includes individuals with Alzheimer's, those with implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, hearing aids, and defibrillators, as well as those who suffer from epilepsy or have a history of seizures and loss of consciousness, or in general, those with health problems.

5. Participation in this experience is not recommended for children under 6 years old.

6. Participation in this experience is not allowed for individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

7. All visitors who choose to participate in the simulation activities offered by The Great Library of Tomorrow do so at their own risk. Each visitor must take full responsibility for their participation and assess their own medical fitness.
